Within this sacred container of learning and exploration, you’ll use breathwork and Tantra-inspired meditative flow to regulate your nervous system and expand your awareness. By moving out of the "head" and into the heart, you’ll gain soulful tools to take home—deepening your outlook on life and bringing a new sense of presence to your relationships.There is no rushing here. In the spirit of Tantric presence, you’ll have plenty of time to settle in before we start and space to simply breathe and relax afterward. It’s a very peaceful, high-intention experience designed to leave you feeling completely renewed and spiritually aligned.

Custom Sessions: Custom personalized sessions. $500+ per hour (90-minute minimum).
